Ten to zen
Ten to Zen is my first FREE guided meditation! Ten to Zen first started as a personal goal to fine 10 minutes per day to sit in stillness, slow the mind and the emotions, focus on breathing and find center. I quickly realized how others could benefit from ten minutes in a meditative state but also the challenge to make this time a priority as well as to actual sit and do nothing! I created a guided meditation as a tool to help!
Ten to Zen is a breath centric meditation and intended to get you out of your head and into your body by gently guiding your awareness. Ten to Zen uses visualization and imagery to stimulate relaxation in the mind and in the body.
This meditation can be done any time of day; when you wake up, on your lunch break, in your car, or at the end of your day as part of your nightly routine.
