crystal vision
My vision is crystal clear- to live a life in complete union with all that makes me, ME. I invite others to look inward and find their unique purpose and answer their highest calling.
"I am in the process of attracting all I need to be, do, know and have to attract my ideal..." life. I am a woman, wife, friend, student, mentor and so many other descriptors all rolled into to one being, one soul, within the collective. Ultimately I am light energy on a two part journey of discovery. First differentiation- a journey to discover what makes me, ME. Part two is coagulation or cohesiveness with the whole: the way everything works in harmony together as seen in nature. The duality and the balance. I have learned so much on this journey and I have a lot still to know and some to never be discovered.
At my core, I am a nurturing and sensitive being in tune with my surroundings. I enjoy tapping into the subtleties of the body, the mind and spirit, which only comes to me in moments of super mindfulness; of slowing way down and just observing. I am excited at the ability of the body and mind to slow down, beyond stillness, and what arrises when doing so. This is where the answers linger, the reasons "why" and the motivating factors.
On a traditional level, I am a newly wed and for work I am the technical specialist of for a yoga studio and an assistant director for a performing arts studio. I am a yoga instructor, which to me is not work and pure alignment to my desire.
About my yogic path...
My first experience of yoga was 2010. I took a hot yoga class in sweat pants, without a towel and without a clue what I was getting into. But as soon as we started breathing and moving mindfully, I realized that I was there for a reason. And so began my affinity for yoga and mindfulness. I completed my 200 hour certification through YogaWorks with Jessica Seaborn, who is an angel and a guru. I learned so much from her, beyond just the poses. She sparked in me an exploration of self. I learned I would be a forever student. Shortly thereafter, I completed my Bachelors Degree in Biology, but I continued to study myself and search for greater meaning. I attended yoga, philosophy, and astrology workshops and classes all over Southern California. It was only relatively recently that I realized that though all of that information had great purpose and meaning, it would not bring me to myself. Only I could do that. And here I am... always on a mission to self discovery.
